In our theme for this year we embrace the Age of the Client – highlighting the forces that continue to transform today’s clients into informed, demanding powerhouses and how exceeding their expectations is pivotal to our enduring success.
The internet means financial advice, good or bad, is just a few clicks away; the world’s largest hotel company doesn’t own any beds; and the world’s largest taxi company doesn’t own any cars. These innovations and service experiences not only set the bar higher, they shift the balance of power. It’s no longer about us, it’s about them. It’s time to shift our focus – from our compliance, our governance, and how we do things – to the client of the future, and how we can deliver today.
We’re thrilled to be travelling to Auckland for this year’s event and we look forward to welcoming you to Convention17.
The program includes an impressive array of industry leading speakers, educational break-out sessions and unforgettable social activities. This year’s education program has been designed to enhance every aspect of your business and is structured to allow you to maximise your CPD requirements.
We’re proud to present our inspirational keynote speakers who will share how they’ve reached the top of their industries by empowering themselves and those around them.
